A vintage gold charm depicting one of the most evocative stories of the Old Testament. It's modelled as a whale, it opens to reveal Jonah in its belly, on his knees in prayer. It's exquisitely worked, with fine chased detailing to the outside, and red and black enamelling to Jonah himself. With English hallmarks dating to the year 1961.
